Delivery Times

Orders are generally shipped within 8 days after receipt of payment. This timeframe may be extended in case of supply delays. Our team does everything possible to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

All orders are shipped from France and can take up to a week to arrive depending on your area. An email is sent to you when your order is shipped; you can contact us via live chat or email (adv@ergotech.fr) to get a more shipping information.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are updated at the beginning of each year based on the prices provided by our carrier. Additional charges may apply independently of our will (e.g. fees for deliveries to Overseas territories).

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it (Cooling-off period). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will issue a full refund of your order (product price + initial shipping costs), subject to the good condition of the returned product.

Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, it is possible to request an exchange for another item. You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order (Cooling-off period) to return the product and request an exchange. If you already know which item you would like to receive in exchange, please include a note specifying the new reference inside your return package. An additional payment may be required if there is a price difference between the two items. If the second item is less expensive, we will refund the difference. Return shipping costs for the first parcel are the responsibility of the customer, while Ergotech will cover the shipping costs of the new parcel.
